What VenueStaging does

VenueStaging.com transforms footage you upload of an empty event venue into an AI-generated, staged version of that space. You buy renders in packs and use them to generate staged videos.

Your content

You confirm you own or have the right to upload any footage you submit, and that it does not contain identifiable people. You retain ownership of your original footage. You receive a license to use the generated output for your own venue's marketing.

Acceptable use

Don't upload footage you don't have rights to, content depicting people, or anything unlawful. We run an automated pre-flight check but you are responsible for what you submit.

Payments & refunds

Renders are sold in packs via Stripe. Footage rejected at pre-flight is never charged. If a render fails to produce a video, it is not counted against your pack. Generated outputs are AI approximations and are provided as-is.

Liability

The service is provided "as is." To the extent permitted by law, VenueStaging is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the generated output.
